UPON VISITING THE THEATRE:

Sales, Refund and Exchange Policy
In line with standard industry practice there is no refund on tickets once purchased however we may provide a re-sales service in the event of a sold out performance - this will be subject to a per ticket charge and the remaining money will be added as a credit note to the personal account at the Gladstone Theatre of the booker.

Exchanging purchased tickets for other dates or productions will not normally be possible due to the short runs of most Floral shows however, under exceptional circumstances and within a reasonable timeframe, a ticket exchange may be allowed but will be subject to a small fee.

It is a condition of sale that tickets shall not be resold for more than the original purchase cost.
Tickets purchased five working days in advance of the event can be posted to you for a 1.50 fee, otherwise tickets are to be collected from the Box Office.

The management reserves the right to amend the programme or artistes without notice as deemed absolutely necessary.

Every audience member must be in possession of a valid ticket.
The Gladstone Theatre reserves the right to refuse entry to any audience member displaying anti-social behaviour or breaking any of these terms and conditions.
Discounts and special offers apply to full price tickets only and we reserve the right to introduce and end discounts and other price changes without notice.
Discounts and special offers cannot be redeemed against tickets already purchased.
Discounts and special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Gladstone Theatre building, this includes E-Cigarettes.

The information which we collect and store during normal use of this site is used to monitor and analyse how parts of the site are used so that we can provide a better service to our audiences. You have the option on certain pages within this site to submit personal information to the Gladstone Theatre so that we might send you further information or email alerts.

Safety and Enjoyment
Mobiles phones must be switched to silent in the auditorium, phone owners who leave their devices ringing may be ejected from the performance without refund.
Every effort will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable break in the performance but under these circumstances admission cannot always be guaranteed.
The unauthorised use of cameras or recording equipment is not permitted at any time within the Gladstone Theatre.

Only food and drink purchased at the Floral may be consumed there. All drinks must be in a plastic glass/container.

Official merchandise is only available on this website and inside the premises.
At certain events the audience may wish to stand or dance at their seats. The Duty Manager will decide if this is appropriate and instruct staff accordingly. Audience members who do not wish to stand under any circumstances are advised to book the sloping seats at the rear of the theatre. Standing in the aisles is not permitted.
Commentary and other materials posted on our site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. WARNINGS
Special effects such as strobe lighting and haze may be included in a performance. Notices will be posted front of house on the night of the show regarding any such effects. Anyone who is likely to be affected by any type of special effect should check with box office at the time of booking.
TICKET FEES
all prices include a £1 per ticket venue restoration levy.
Tickets are free of charge to print if purchased within the venues Box Office.

BABES IN ARMS POLICY
Our Babes in Arms Policy applies for infants aged two years or under. Such infants should be accommodated on a parents’ or guardians’ lap. Unless otherwise stated for a performance, no charge will be made. For children aged two and over standard ticket prices and possible concessions will apply, and a seat will be allocated.
