POLICY & PROCEDURES FOR PURCHASE
West End Recast purchase policies are intended to make sure you understand the process of buying tickets from us. All purchases are subject to West End Recast Terms & Conditions and are incorporated by reference, here in these policies.

The ticket you buy from West End Recast is only a license to attend the specific event you have purchased the ticket for, and such license can be revoked, if any of West End Recasts’ policies, Terms & Conditions, or additional conditions on the tickets and /or any other laws or regulations are violated by You, the purchaser of such ticket.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Please note that if after you submitted the required payment information, you do not receive a confirmation number/ letter, or email, it is your responsibility to confirm with us, whether or not your requested order has been placed. West End Recast will not be liable for any pecuniary/monetary and /or any other losses due to your erroneous presumption that your order has not been placed because you did not receive confirmation.

HANDLING/BOOKING FEES
When you purchase tickets on West End Recast, you will be charged a non-refundable handling fee per ticket. This fee is clearly displayed during the checkout process.

AFTER YOU PURCHASED YOUR TICKETS,
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE PROHIBITED
Please carefully select and purchase your desired event on West End Recast. You must thoroughly review all information pertinent to the event, including but not limited to the date, time and contents of the programs and event/s, prior to purchasing any tickets on West End Recast. No refunds or exchanges will be made after you have purchased the ticket.

YOUR MUST PROVIDE ACCURATE AND CURRENT BILLING &
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
YOUR TICKETS MAY BE CANCELLED, IF INFORMATION IS NOT VERIFIED
Please note that it is your obligation to provide accurate and current billing and credit card information to West End Recast for a ticket order, including a billing address and other billing information. No ticket order could be processed unless the credit card and billing information is verified. In case of existence of any inaccuracy, discrepancy or mistake in your billing and credit card information, your order may be cancelled by West End Recast and your tickets may be sold to another consumer without further notice. However, the Consumer Department of West End Recast will try to contact you through the information you have provided and if West End Recast not able to contact you, your ticket may be cancelled and sold.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF WEST END RECAST’S TRADE MARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IS ILLEGAL
Use of West End Recast’s intellectual property is illegal unless West End Recast has expressly consented in writing.

WEST END RECAST HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND YOUR TICKET IN CASE OF ERROR
West End Recast reserves the right to cancel and refund your ticket when an error occurs with respect to the price, or the time of availability for sale, and/or other relevant matters to the ticket which are announced on westendrecast caused by a machine or human error, computer malfunctions, and /or other West End Recast’s operational system and programs.

LIMITED LIABILITY
When you purchase ticket through West End Recast, you expressly agree to be bound by West End Recast’s Terms and Conditions ( Pls. review West End Recast’s Term & Conditions, which are herein, incorporated by reference) on your behalf and your children or any minor accompanying you to the event. You further expressly agree to bear and assume all the risks and liabilities pertinent to, and as the result of, the event ( before, during or after the event) that West End Recast has issued the ticket for.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - YOUR VISIT
West End Recast reserves the right to make any alterations to the advertised programme or featured artists rendered necessary by unavoidable causes.

Any person causing a nuisance, disturbance or threat to other audience members, the venue or its employees may be refused admission or ejected from the venue, at the sole discretion of the venue management.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. We will only refund a ticket to its face value if a performance has been cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place. In the event of an abandoned performance (i.e. one that is stopped part way through and does not recommence), a refund will be issued to the booker.

When collecting tickets from the box office you must bring with you the card used to purchase the tickets and your email confirmation of purchase or booking reference number. If you have booked a concession ticket you must bring appropriate ID. Without the above information we reserve the right to withhold tickets.

In the event that bookers are unable to attend a performance a refund will not be made available. No travel costs or other expenses incurred as part of your visit to West End Recast will be refunded.

When making a booking the booker accepts our terms and conditions on behalf of all members of their party.

Latecomers may be asked to wait in the foyer until an appropriate moment in the performance to admit them to the auditorium. If there is no appropriate moment or admittance will cause disruption latecomers may be refused admission. No refund or exchange will be offered.

Audience Members who leave the auditorium once the performance has started may be asked to wait in the foyer until an appropriate moment in the performance to re-admit them. If there is no appropriate moment or admittance will cause disruption re-admittance may be refused. No refund or exchange will be offered.

Mobile phones, devices and alarms should be switched off before entering the auditorium. The use of mobile phones and devices, even when silenced, can be distracting to other audience members and the performers on stage.

There is strictly no photography, filming or audio recording of any kind permitted in the auditorium. If you do take photographs or make recordings you will be asked to delete them, and may also be asked to leave the theatre.

Children under the age of four will not be admitted to the auditorium.
